Welcome to the Manor Lakes Community Fund for 2025.

Applications for the 2025 Manor Lakes Community Fund open on Monday 1st September, and we wish everyone all the success. Our independent judging panel will discuss each applicant in early October and decide which groups will receive a $1,500 grant from the Dennis Family Corporation. All applicants will be contacted in mid October once a decision has been reached and all successful applicants will be invited to the presentation evening on Thursday 30th October at 6pm.

Applications for an Manor Lakes Community Fund will close at 5pm, Tuesday 30th September 2025.

The fund has assisted a broad section of the Manor Lakes, Wyndham Vale, Werribee and Hoppers Crossing community to help make hundreds of programs and projects possible. We’re proud to continue to support local communities by providing financial assistance in areas where we operate our business and our Community Fund presentation nights have become an annual highlight for us and the many not-for-profit groups that we assist.

Apply for a Grant 2026

Dennis Family Corporation will appoint an independent judging panel to consider each application for a grant from the Community Fund. For each application the panel may decide, at its absolute discretion, to either award a grant from the Community Fund pool ($1,500) or to refuse the application. Any unawarded funds after all application decisions have been made will remain in the Community Fund to be applied to future grants. DFC (Project Management) Pty Ltd is the Project Manager for the Manor Lakes Estate. The “Manor Lakes” word mark and logo are registered trade marks used under licence.
