It\u2019s all about promoting a fit and healthy lifestyle at Westbrook,\u201d says Westbrook Senior Marketing Executive, Irene Najdecki.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe team at the local Anytime Fitness Tarneit came up with a great variety of fitness activities and games to keep all families involved and motivated, regardless of their level of level of fitness.
