Even if you&#8217;ve planned out your space and exactly what you want at the outset, when it comes to final touches people can sometimes get a little carried away and go overboard on fit out &#8211; and cost. Generally, less is definitely more!<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Emotional Attachments<\/strong>. It&#8217;s easy for homeowners to become attached to certain concepts or items and then these items get overused creating an imbalance. A new room is a chance for a new start! You can still keep some of your favourite items, but it&#8217;s time to get rid of those pieces that you have been holding onto for far too long.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><strong>Over Furnishing<\/strong>: A room&#8217;s functionality should always be a key priority.
