Westbrook inaugural Easter Egg Hunt

Jul, 2016Events & Local Area

On Easter Saturday well over 500 people made the most of the autumn sunshine and headed to Truganina’s Westbrook Central Park for the inaugural Westbrook Easter Egg Hunt.

Almost 350 children of all ages spent a happy, energetic – and fruitful, morning searching the park for over 6,000 Easter eggs!

Plus, there were plenty of other activities on offer to keep the entire family enthralled including: some Easter-inspired warm-up entertainment from popular entertainer, Dagogo; high-octane fitness sessions by Happy Feet Fitness throughout the morning; free hot cross buns; and coffee carts serving free cups of coffee and hot chocolate.

A fantastic community event to celebrate Easter with local residents, the inaugural Westbrook Easter Egg Hunt was a huge success, and is guaranteed to become a regular fixture on the Westbrook calendar.
