• Purchasers in Stage 54A will be excited to hear that civil construction works are now complete. Statement of Compliance has been achieved and lodged at the Titles Office

• Stage 55 is also starting to take shape, as the road structure is now starting to be laid down

• Over in Stage 45AC, civil construction is progressing well with sewer, drainage and kerb works now completed and titles expected 1st quarter 2023

• Stage 49, drainage and sewer works are now underway and progressing well

• The first layer of crushed rock for Stage 64 road structures is complete, along with kerb and channel works
