Feb, 2024Meet your Neighbours

Cameron joined Westbrook mid-way through last year. We asked him about his role and what he thinks makes Westbrook special.

Tell us about your role?

“I’m responsible for the overall management and delivery of the Westbrook development, while supporting and facilitating each of the project managers managing specific components.

“Essentially my days comprise plenty of phone calls and emails, reviewing spreadsheets and attending meetings. I’m responsible for making sure all the moving parts come together as and when they should!”

What is the best thing about your role?

“I really enjoy working with a great team every day across myriad different roles. The dynamic nature of my role also means that there’s something new happening which keeps me invigorated and on my toes.”

What’s so special about Westbrook?

“It literally has everything you need right on the doorstep. When completed, the future town centre will complement the area’s existing retail, education and transport offerings. Add in lots of landscaped parks, wetlands, sports and recreational facilities and open spaces, and the estate will ultimately provide all the amenity one could hope for within a commutable distance to the city, while maintaining options to escape the bustle of urban dwelling just a short drive away.”

Who will Westbrook most appeal to?

“The variety of Westbrook’s product offerings and amenity makes it attractive to a wide range of purchasers from first home owners, through to investors and downsizers – basically anyone who is looking to buy into a dynamic neighbourhood with a strong community orientation.”

Finally, what are your 3 favourite things to do in and around Westbrook?

“A visit to the Werribee Open Range Zoo is one of my favourite things to do with the family. For a great weekend lunch, it’s hard to go past the brilliant Shadowfax Winery where you’ll be guaranteed delicious food and excellent wines!”
