How to sign an E-Contract

You will be required to sign an unconditional contract of sale and all parties whose name/s appear on your contract will need to attend, along with photo identification such as a Passport or Driver’s Licence.

Prior to signing your contract, we do recommend that you seek independent legal and financial advice.

The balance of your deposit will be required at the contract signing appointment and a trust account receipt will be issued. Once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, a copy of the executed contract will be sent to your legal representative.

Once the contract is signed, it is legally binding and the deposit paid will generally be non-refundable.
