New spaces are in the making at The Village
The Village, will be a boutique neighbourhood within Manor Lakes that will foster a sense of community, a neighbourhood that has been designed around people. At the heart of the neighbourhood will be the Village Green, a place for social events that will bring the community together and unite everyone.
4kms of walking paths and interconnected tree lined streets will encourage neighbours to greet each other by name.
The Village Green will encourage kids of all ages to play with plenty of open space for picnics and room to throw a ball or fly a kite.
The future wetlands will provide a contemplative space to enjoy the abundance of bird life that are sure to make it their own.
And the proposed dog park will allow villagers’ furry friends to play and exercise in a safe and enclosed space.
