Close your blinds, especially for north and west facing windows.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>2. Adjust ceiling fans, make sure your fans are rotating counter clockwise and pushing the air straight down.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>3. Close doors that aren\u2019t being used to keep cool air where it\u2019s most needed.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>4. Chill out, stay hydrated and apply a damp cloth to your neck and pressure points.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>5.
