Community at the heart of living at Manor Lakes.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Having settled on their block of land in the Lollipop Hill precinct of Manor Lakes in January 2021, Osman, and his wife Marufa cannot wait to start building their first home and become part of the community at Manor Lakes.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

\u201cWe have many family and friends living at Manor Lakes, and the community aspect was very important in our decision to buy,\u201d explains Marufa.<\/span><\/p>\n

After looking at a number of other estates in a variety of different areas, Manor Lakes just felt right confirms Marufa.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cOnce we looked at Manor Lakes and all that was on offer, along with the fact that our family and friends also lived in the area we quickly decided it was the home for us. All the great facilities on offer and the train to the city for work is perfect.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe sales experience with David Hutchinson from the Manor Lakes Sales office was great, it was easy to understand and a very straight forward process, and with the First Home Owner Grant available it was a great opportunity to move ahead with the purchase.\u201d<\/span><\/h1>\n

\u201cWe were after a specific design which had the master bedroom at the back of the home and we also wanted to build a single story home for more privacy. \u00a0We found what we were looking for within the Mimosa Homes range, and found their information on building very clear,\u201d enthuses Marufa.<\/span><\/p>\n
