Construction of the Bunnings Warehouse store at Manor Lakes Park Hub <\/span>is underway!<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Ground works <\/span>commenced<\/span> <\/span>in <\/span>late <\/span>2024<\/span>, and the <\/span>builder is <\/span>constructing the steel <\/span>frame<\/span> in preparation for the scheduled store opening later this year.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

Petstock<\/span> has already <\/span>been confirmed<\/span> as the second tenant to follow Bunnings<\/span>. A petrol station and a handful of other prominent retailers <\/span>are <\/span>also <\/span>planned<\/span>. These <\/span>additional<\/span> retailers would open incrementally into early 2026<\/span>.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/em><\/p>\n
