\u2013 blow up the balloon and put the end of the balloon on the top of the bottle with flour init.<br \/>\nStep 3 \u2013 Slowly turn the bottle over so that the flour moves into the balloon \u2013 be careful, you don\u2019t want the balloon or the bottle separating.<br \/>\nStep 4 \u2013 Once the flour is in the balloon, carefully remove the balloon from the bottle and allow the remain air out of
