\nWednesday 13th\u00a0November\u00a0is \u2018World Kindness Day\u2019 and the\u00a0b kinder foundation\u00a0is encouraging all residents to walk and pledge as much as you can. \u00a0Encourage family and friends to walk down the street, take a stroll along one of the many nature trails or take the kids to the playground.

\nYour donation will spread kindness by assisting a primary school student with a b kinder workbook, these unique and interactive learning tools initiate discussions surrounding emotions that can be difficult for the young to communicate. These highly effective kindness resources have been shown to reduce mental health issues, bullying and suicide.

\nThe b kinder foundation\u2019s vision to is to improve the mental health and wellbeing of children through evidence-based kindness programs and resources.

\nUnfortunately, suicide is the leading cause of death among Australian youth.
\n1 in 7 primary school students has a mental health issue.
\n1 in 6 high school students report serious thoughts of suicide.
\n\u00a0
\nHowever, kindness saves lives so it\u2019s time to pledge to be kind.
